Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic typing, ten-key proficiency, and Excel knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and organize daily operational records, reports, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records for incoming materials, finished goods, and related paperwork.
Update electronic files, organize shipping documents, and ensure all material records are complete and accurate.
Assist with shipping, receiving, filing, data entry, and communication between departments.
Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and proper routing.
Prepare routine daily or weekly summaries for management review.
Assist with quality records, audit paperwork, general administrative tasks, and special projects as needed
