Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Assistant to support daily transportation and logistics operations from our Houston headquarters.

You will coordinate shipping documents, maintain records, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure timely delivery information flows to customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes accurate processing of MTRs, BOLs, COD paperwork, and PO creation, with on-site responsibilities and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of fleet dispatch experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process daily transportation documentation accurately.
• Provide MTRs and BOLs to drivers and customers.
• Update delivery status and ETA with internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate COD collections and document payments for AP processing.
• Create and process POs for department expenses and repairs.
