Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Inventory Replenishment Analyst to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and execute purchase orders across assigned product categories. You will plan article-site replenishment, handle vendor forecasts, and coordinate with store operations and logistics to meet service levels.

The role requires 2+ years in forecasting or replenishment, a relevant degree, and SAP/E3 proficiency. Office-based position in Brentwood, TN with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in forecasting or replenishment, preferably in a retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field).
• Certified in both Level 1 and Level 2 E3 training.

Responsibilities

• Implement replenishment and inventory strategy to support plans and targets; manage inventory levels by trends and rate of sale.
• Execute purchase orders to suppliers based on suggested quantities; coordinate PO expediting and logistics.
• Forecast analysis using history, store activity, and trends to maintain appropriate levels at DC and store sites; use SAP/E3 for settings.
• Serve as primary contact for store replenishment issues.
• Execute replenishment plans for new articles including promos and events.
• Communicate replenishment recommendations to Inventory Management, Buying, and Logistics teams.
• Support onboarding and training of new analysts.
• Provide vendor forecasts for replenished inventory.
