Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines supporting store operations. You will handle receiving, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to maintain standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, flexibility for varied shifts, and direct customer engagement as part of Legendary Service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Be available for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA and ensure customer engagement.
• Operate forklift, propane inspections, and related store equipment.
• Receive Direct POs, transfers, and freight; manage BOPIS reconciliation.
• Stock and tag freight; complete inventory adjustments and discrepancies.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
