Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines supporting store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting in partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

The position requires flexible availability, forklift operation, and adherence to safety and process standards to ensure Legendary Customer Service and accurate stock levels across the store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and math
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical problem solving

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate forklift and support loading/unloading as needed.
• Receive Direct POs and transfers; perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store operations standards.
