Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks an Inventory Analyst to manage replenishment and forecasting for select categories. You will optimize in-store and distribution center stock, analyze trends, and support merchandise plans.

Responsibilities include executing purchase orders, maintaining system settings (E3, SAP), and training new analysts while partnering with Inventory Management, Buying, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in forecasting or replenishment in retail.
• Promotion to level 2 will likely involve a new desk or business to oversee.
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, or Store Planning in a retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement replenishment and inventory strategy to support plans while achieving service level targets.
• Plan and execute article-site replenishment at stores for replenished products.
• Execute purchase orders to suppliers and manage expediting and logistics issues.
• Maintain E3 and SAP system settings to ensure appropriate inventory levels at DC and stores.
• Provide vendor forecasts and communicate replenishment recommendations to teams.
