Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Ability to research and reconcile negative balances and discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory control through analysis of physical cycle counts.
• Research and reconcile negative inventory balances and adjust accordingly.
• Research, investigate, and reconcile product problems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of book counts to physical counts; report discrepancies.
• Address issues pertaining to Quarantine and Pending inventory.
• Input, clear, and adjust WIP inventory.
• Perform shipping and receiving dock audits.
• Print reports, shipping documents and labels.
• Process shippers, labels, packing lists and assemble shipments.
• Post incoming IPTs and monitor variances; process customer returns.
• Prepare inbound damage/wet claims; assist with inter-plant transfers.
