Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support the Mattel Toy Store by ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and replenished for a fully stocked sales floor.

Primary duties include unloading inbound shipments, verifying counts, and preparing products for display while delivering friendly guest service during store hours. The role requires lifting, operating a pallet jack, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move merchandise safely.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management preferred.
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment accuracy against receiving docs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per merchandising standards.
• Replenish merchandise to keep the floor fully stocked.
• Organize and store inventory for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Identify merchandise requiring overlabeling and complete the process.
• Assist with product transfers and inventory movement.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
