Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Mattel Toy Store by ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and replenished for a consistently stocked sales floor. You will perform warehouse operations during store hours while delivering outstanding hospitality to guests.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory movement. This role requires lifting and operating pallet jacks in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, move, and transport merchandise safely.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely.
• Verify shipment accuracy against paperwork.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following merchandising standards.
• Replenish inventory to keep the floor stocked.
• Organize and store inventory for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
