Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to oversee inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The model shifts ownership away from front sidewalk presentation toward backroom and dock areas under Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA standards.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Process orders and reconciliations (BOPIS, RTV, etc.).
• Receive Direct POs and freight, stage and deliver to appropriate areas.
• Recordkeeping and documentation accuracy for duties performed.
