Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance across store operations. The role supports stock reconciliation, transfers, RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The updated model narrows ownership away from front sidewalk presentation to backroom and dock processes. You will collaborate with Store Operations on inventory control and receiving standards, and participate in safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors.
• Operate forklift and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and perform warehouse tasks.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
