Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory control, and compliance routines. You will handle Direct POs, transfers, freight, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and daily inventory tasks, while maintaining a focus on delivering Legendary Customer Service.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, basic math and computer literacy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet the customer and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and coaching to team members.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and assist with loading and stocking.
• Process shipments, perform reconciliations, and support Buybacks/RTV and transfer activities.
