Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that drive daily performance. You will process POs and freight, manage transfers, BOPIS reconciliation, forklift operations, and daily adjustments in partnership with the Store Operations Manager to deliver Legendary Customer Service.

The role requires basic computer and math skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ with a valid driver's license,

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and math basics are expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and drive forklift as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and DC transfers; stage totes for Freight Team.
• Stock and label freight according to process standards.
• Create and update fill-to-capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and receiving standards.
• Operate forklift, baler, cash register, and other store equipment as needed.
