Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to help maintain inventory accuracy and support store operations. The role involves receiving and shipping freight, assisting customers, and promoting a safe, productive environment for team members and vendors.

Applicants should be able to handle varied shifts, operate store equipment including a forklift, and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight accurately and timely.
• Maintain inventory control and adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Perform duties including recovery of merchandise and stock organization.
• Operate cash register and assist customers to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
