Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support freight processing in store operations. You will assist customers and Team Members, promote selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while upholding our Legendary Customer Experience.

The role requires flexibility for varying shifts, strong safety awareness, and the ability to operate forklift and other equipment. This position emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Process inbound and outbound freight.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service per GURA.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Complete required documentation.
