Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to help maintain inventory accuracy and support selling initiatives. You will interact with customers and Team Members, promote Legendary Customer Experience, and help ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, perform forklift operations, stock, and assist with freight processing while upholding loss prevention standards and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Accountable for processing of inbound and outbound freight.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
