Job summary

Tractor Supply in Jackson, TN is looking for a Receiving/Stock role to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will handle Direct POs, freight, transfers, and BOPIS reconciliation while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork.

The position requires regular attendance, flexible shifts, and the ability to operate forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Needs & Wants; Recommend Product Solutions; Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement and coaching.
• Use coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce standards.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and related safety tasks.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and related reports according to standards.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and DC transfers; execute unloads and stage goods.
• Stock and tag vendor freight and DC freight according to process standards.
• Create fill-to-capacity picklists for Freight Team as assigned.
• Key inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies per direction.
• Review Negative On Hand Report and follow up as needed.
• Review and execute buybacks and RTV processes.
• Ensure tasks are tracked and documented daily.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control, receiving standards, and compliance.
• Operate forklift, baler, cash register, and other store equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely; obtain licenses or certifications as needed.
