Job summary

You will manage direct POs, transfers, and reconciliations, partnering with the Store Operations Manager to optimize stock levels and reduce shrink.

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work varied shifts; forklift operation and propane handling certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred; not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and UPS/FedEx shipments processing.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and process follow-up.
