Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help manage the site quality Management System, develop documents, and train operations staff on QA requirements. This role supports implementing the Kenco Operating System related to quality assurance and requires leadership in quality initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, 2–4 years of QA experience, and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015; Lead Auditor Certification is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the QA system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QA system compliance through training auditors, auditing processes, and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement to the QA system.
