Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage the site quality management system and ensure processes comply with standards and customer requirements. You will lead documentation and tools development to guide the QMS and educate operations on quality requirements.

The role supports the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site policies, procedures, and work instructions to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors; audit processes and measure results.
• Identify training needs and organize quality training interventions.
