Job summary

ID Logistics US in West Jordan, UT is seeking an operations quality records associate to maintain SOPs, training records, and quality documentation for multiple DC accounts. The role emphasizes audit readiness, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will work Fri–Sun, 7:00pm–7:30am, and must communicate effectively, write reports, and operate with attention to detail in a regulated warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Two years related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email apps.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness.
• Troubleshoots cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains all records and written procedures of Quality Systems.
• Keeps SOPs up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Reports corrective actions and safety non-conformances.
• Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
