Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance/Control professional to ensure audit readiness, maintain SOPs and the training matrix, and manage documentation for the quality system. You will investigate inventory discrepancies, report nonconformances, and support corrective actions across the DC5 accounts.

The role requires strong knowledge of GMP, safety practices, and experience with SAP/Swisslog/PKMS/Manhattan systems, with a Wed-Sat night shift.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and GMP practices.
• Experience maintaining SOPs and training matrices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure audit readiness and complete documentation per QC standards.
• Maintain Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems.
• Update SOPs and coordinate monthly quality training.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Report nonconformances and corrective actions to associates.
• Observe safety rules and enforce site safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Ensures Audit preparedness
• Troubleshoots on cases with issues
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
• Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.)
• Ensures that SOP are up-to-date and reviewed as required
• Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with Quality Requirements
• Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.
• Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC
• Report Safety non-conformance
• Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Identifying and researching unique inventory occurrences and correct.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root cause.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift: Wed-Sat 7PM-5:30AM

Salary: 23.00 + 2.00 shift differential
