ID Logistics in White Haven, PA is seeking an Inventory Lead for Wednesday-Saturday night shift. You will oversee documentation, training records, SOPs, and quality systems to ensure site compliance with GMP and QC requirements.

The role includes maintaining an accurate inventory across DC5 accounts and driving corrective actions through audits. Responsibilities emphasize updating the training matrix, reporting safety concerns, and coordinating with systems such as Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure audit preparedness and maintain training records.
• Update training matrix for all associates.
• Maintain quality system documents and SOPs.
• Ensure SOPs are current and reviewed as required.
• Document and communicate corrective actions per QC.
• Report safety non-conformance and hazards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for all DC5 accounts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Knowledge of Swisslog, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Follow GMP and safety rules.
