Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an Inventory Projects Coordinator to ensure ownership and inventory data is accurate by managing inventory movement, coordinating updates across databases, and delivering timely reporting.

You will support the team with special projects, communicate clearly with the title agency, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in data management.
• Timeshare experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process owner assignments and ownership changes.
• Complete conversion transfers and inventory movement after title agency review.
• Process quarterly defaults for owners.
• Process ownership change requests and transfers.
• Crosstrain with inventory projects team.
• Provide in-depth reporting as needed.
• Support leadership on special projects, including reconciliation and data support.
• Communicate clearly with title agency on all assignments.
