Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an Inventory Projects Coordinator to manage inventory movement, ownership changes, and related data reporting. You will coordinate system updates across databases and support leadership with special projects and reconciliation tasks.

The role requires strong communication, excellent MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask across projects in a fast-paced environment. A Business Administration associate degree and timeshare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent data management experience.
• Timeshare experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) required.

Responsibilities

• Process owner assignments and ownership change events.
• Complete conversions, transfers, and inventory movement after required reviews.
• Process quarterly defaults for owners as needed.
• Provide in-depth reporting and data support for leadership.
