Job summary

Capital Vacations in Branson, MO is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support guest services and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role involves processing invoices, coordinating vendor information, and assisting the General Manager with operational projects.

You will help manage owner information, post payments, and prepare reports while maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring accuracy in payables and receivables.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years Guest Services experience.
  • Minimum one year accounting related experience in Timeshare/Resort environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must have knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with GM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor packets, COI and W9 information to create vendor accounts.
  • Assist the General Manager with operational projects.
  • Coordinate all Board related functions.
  • Process owner information and requests.
  • Document, verify and process invoices.
  • Post payments and credits to owner accounts.
  • Monitor monthly resort invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure monthly invoice entries.
  • Report balance of accounts receivable to Regions VP of Operations, AGM, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage collection procedures.
  • Prepare deposits from daily cash reports.
  • Prepare and submit monthly aging reports.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to invoices.
  • Prepare and process invoices for review by upper management.
  • Maintain vendor relations and files.
  • Assist in accounting analysis and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

  • Manages vendor relations
  • Maintains files of all accounting information, payables & receivables, contracts, etc.
  • Assists in preparing accounting analysis
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Performs all other related duties and projects as assigned by the General Manager
