Job summary

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control professional to oversee cycle counts, month-end and year-end physical counts, and discrepancy resolution. You will ensure accurate inventory valuations and maintain tight controls across the ledger.

You will manage purchasing discipline, supplier reconciliations, and verify invoices against POs and receipts. The role also serves as the Cin7 ERP system owner for inventory, production, and purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control processes and cycle counts.
• Experience with inventory valuation and reconciliation to ledgers.
• Familiarity with purchasing controls and supplier reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Cin7.

Responsibilities

• Manage cycle count programs and month-end/year-end physical counts.
• Reconcile cost of goods, inventory subledger to general ledger.
• Oversee material purchasing discipline and supplier invoices/credits.
• Administer Cin7 as system of record across inventory, production and purchasing.
