Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain optimal stock levels, manage materials in the ERP system, and support production with accurate cycle counts and BOM checks.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control within a manufacturing setting, proficiency with MRP systems, and a readiness to perform physical duties on a fast-paced shop floor. This is a full-time on-site position in Ponchatoula, LA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, pushing, pulling).
• Safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol program participation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Transaction Management: transact inventory movements with proper documentation and ERP/WMS updates.
• Inventory Control and Accuracy: perform cycle counts and verify BOMs for production readiness.
• Production Floor Support: move parts to floor, issue parts to jobs, and group similar materials for efficiency.
• ERP System Management: use the ERP to track materials accurately.
• Inventory Planning and Management: assist in annual inventory planning and disposal of surplus materials.
• Warehouse Assistance: support receiving, unloading, cleaning, and general warehouse tasks.
