Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain optimal stock levels, manage materials in the ERP system, and support production with timely access to components. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing inventory experience and proficiency with MRPs.

• 3–5 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks safely.
• Safety-sensitive role with drug and alcohol program.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation in ERP/WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy and minimize variances.
• Support production by issuing parts and kitting for jobs.
• Maintain BOM accuracy and track materials across projects.
• Assist with annual inventory planning and disposal of surplus.
• Provide warehouse support including receiving and unloading.
