Job summary

CLEAR ALIGN LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, execute ERP transactions, and support production with timely material availability.

You will work closely with Shipping, Finance, Production Planning, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure materials flow smoothly and high-value parts are protected. Detail-oriented teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately perform electronic inventory and material transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and support material traceability.
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or issues requiring review.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established inventory-control procedures and ERP transactions.
• Perform cycle counts, material moves, and stocking to production work orders.
• Transact materials into and out of inventory to support production requirements.
• Maintain organized locations and ensure proper storage of components.
• Identify nonconforming, damaged, expired, obsolete, or questionable material and communicate condition.
• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving as needed.
• Support production planning and manufacturing to adapt to changing priorities.
• Assist in preparing kits for complex system builds containing many components.
• Maintain ERP records reflecting inventory movement and work-order activity.
• Support internal or external quality audits with accurate documentation.
