Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store inventory and operations associate to maintain accurate stock levels for front end and pharmacy. You will assist in receiving, counting, pricing, and vendor returns, while ensuring planograms and on-hand balances remain precise.

In designated stores, you may lead on duty, handle POS duties, and coach team on inventory processes to deliver a strong customer experience. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory controls for front end and pharmacy.
• Manage stock accuracy, pricing, returns, and planogram validation.
• Assist in receiving and counting deliveries and vendor returns.
• Operate POS, process sales, refunds, and cash handling as needed.
• Lead in designated stores as needed and train team on inventory processes.
• Support customer experience through service training and guidance.
