Qualifications

• Six months of retail or Walgreens experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for front-end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute asset protection and handle vendor overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
• Open or close the store in designated locations and handle cash, POS, and daily startup tasks.
• Engage customers, offer assistance, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support pricing tasks, including price changes and proper in-store signage.
• Coordinate ordering and maintain inventory accuracy across departments.
• Assist with pharmacy shipments postings and inventory activities under pharmacist supervision.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and complete planogram compliance.
