Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking an Inventory Specialist at the Saint Bernard (Cincinnati) area to ensure availability of parts for the maintenance department. The role involves handling stock, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; Excel statistics and pivots a plus.
• Experience with inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue replacement parts to mechanics.
• Receive, unpack, verify, and stock parts.
• Prepare purchase orders for parts and equipment.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Process outbound deliveries electronically.
• Drive company vehicle on routes to locations as needed.
• Maintain organized stock room and reporting to management.
