Qualifications

• 2–3 years inventory, vehicle parts, or equipment supply experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Experience with Navistar, Mack, McNeilus, or other OEMs preferred.
• Waste industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the inventory staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance, safety standards, and disciplinary issues.
• Manage inventory control programs and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Perform annual year-end inventories and quarterly audits.
• Track and manage core parts; oversee warranty processes.
