Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of specialists ensuring parts availability for the maintenance department. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance, while managing inventory control programs and costs.

Responsibilities include year-end inventories, audits, warranty processing, and coordinating with OEMs. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years inventory, vehicle parts, or equipment supply experience.
• Experience with OEM parts and vendors preferred.
• Waste industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory staff, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Manage inventory control programs and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct annual year-end inventories and quarterly audits.
• Track core parts and manage warranty processes.
