Medici Brands in New York City is hiring an Inventory Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and analytics behind inventory across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Fulfillment, Sales, and Finance to ensure production runs smoothly and customers are supplied.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-output environments such as startups, consulting, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel and large data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail with ownership and persistence in root-cause analysis.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-growing setting.
• Clear communication to translate complex operational issues into actionable recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Monitor inventory health across locations, tracking coverage, days on hand, aging, and expiration.
• Translate production schedules into material requirements and proactive actions.
• Maintain item/master data in NetSuite and related systems for ingredients and finished goods.
• Execute and track POs and transfer orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities and lot codes.
• Coordinate replenishment across fulfillment centers based on demand and channel priorities.
• Own cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory controls with finance and QA.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility and decision-making in inventory.
