Job summary

Planet is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to drive stock accuracy and optimize workflows across our San Francisco operations. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to analyze non-conforming stock and execute dispositions for scrap or obsolescence, ensuring audit-ready data in ERP/WMS.

The role is full-time and in-office at the San Francisco site, with a focus on cycle counts, variance analysis, and material control for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inventory control, cycle counting, or stockroom analysis.
• Ability to work independently with strong judgement and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and refine cycle count programs; analyze variance trends.
• Lead physical inventory reconciliations for audits and internal reviews.
• Oversee MRB process with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing.
• Organize and refine stock locations for efficiency and 5S compliance.
• Monitor stock levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
