Job summary

David, a fast-growing consumer brand, seeks an Inventory Operations Analyst in New York City to own systems, data, and analytics behind inventory across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will manage item master data, production planning support, and inventory movements to ensure uninterrupted production and customer supply.

You will investigate discrepancies, collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Fulfillment, Sales, and Finance, and drive data-informed decisions

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced supply chain or inventory operations.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate into actionable steps.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory across locations, track coverage, aging, and expirations.
• Translate production schedules into material requirements and actions.
• Maintain item/SKU records in NetSuite and related systems.
• Execute purchase/transfer order fulfillments and receipts.
• Develop replenishment allocations across fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate raw material transfers to support production schedules.
• Own lot-level reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
