Job summary

Adorama in New York is seeking an Inventory Planning & Data Analyst to optimize product availability and purchasing decisions. You will build Looker dashboards, run SKU-level analyses, and partner with Merchants to drive efficient replenishment and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities include inventory reviews, PO execution, and creating automated reports that reduce manual work while targeting stockout risk and aging inventory. This role requires on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and automating reporting in BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP).
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and validation.
• Knowledge of inventory metrics (WOS, lead time, GMROI).

Responsibilities

• Guide inventory decisions using WOS targets and replenishment reviews.
• Manage PO execution and vendor communications to avoid excess stock.
• Build and maintain inventory dashboards in Looker.
• Automate recurring reporting and highlight stockout risk.
• Collaborate with Merchants and BI to improve data quality.
