Job summary

Embarc Colusa is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Inventory & Operations Manager to lead inventory and store operations at our Colusa location. This full-time role focuses on accuracy, compliance with state regulations, and exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee inventory control (METRC), vendor relationships, daily operations, and team leadership, while ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies. Evening/weekend shifts may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with Metrc Track and Trace system.
• Experience with Treez POS system.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory functions: intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
• Manage store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and action inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Mentor and coach team members and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
