Job summary

Embarc is seeking an experienced Inventory & Operations Manager for our dispensary to oversee all inventory functions and store operations. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with state regulations, and the customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory reports, vendor relations, audits, and ensure accurate METRC and Treez systems while mentoring staff and maintaining a compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience with Metrc Track and Trace system is required.
• Experience with Treez POS system is required.
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all inventory management activities including intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking and compliance.
• Maintain accurate counts and records in METRC and POS systems; conduct audits and cycle counts.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, opening/closing procedures and merchandising.
• Mentor and coach team members, enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Drive customer experience by ensuring efficient front-of-store operations and inventory availability.
