Job summary

• Experience leading store operations in a regulated retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute all inventory management tasks: intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate counts in METRC and POS systems.
• Conduct recurring audits, spot checks, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and analyze inventory reports with Store Management.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising to ensure efficiency and compliance.
