Embarc Colusa is opening soon and is seeking an experienced Inventory & Operations Lead to manage inventory, backend operations, and customer-facing processes in a fast-paced, compliance-driven cannabis retail environment.

You will supervise daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure adherence to state regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication with staff and vendors.
• Deep understanding of inventory control and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with METRC and Treez POS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management processes including intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate counts and records in METRC and POS systems; conduct audits and cycle counts.
• Lead store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and policy implementation.
• Support customer service, reception, and back-of-house operations to ensure a compliant, high-quality experience.
• Train and coach team members, foster accountability, and communicate with store leadership.
