Job summary

Embarc Colusa is opening a new Colusa location and seeks an experienced Inventory & Operations Lead to manage inventory, back-of-house and front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, compliance-minded cannabis retail setting.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in METRC and POS systems while ensuring excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audits.
• Excellent organizational and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute all inventory functions: intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
• Maintain METRC and POS records accurately and conduct audits.
• Lead store operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Coach and develop team members to uphold company policies and standards.
• Engage with customers and support front-of-house operations when needed.
