Embarc is opening a Colusa, CA location in November 2026 and is hiring an Inventory & Operations Lead to manage inventory, back-of-house and customer service with strong leadership and strict compliance.

The role requires supervising daily store operations, overseeing opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Evening/weekend shifts are expected in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to compliance.
• Experience with inventory control and cannabis regulations.
• Proficiency in METRC and Treez POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Inventory: manage intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
• Store operations: supervise daily procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and safety.
• Leadership: train and coach staff; act as liaison between store management and team.
• Customer experience: lead front-of-house efforts to exceed sales goals and ensure a welcoming check-in.
