Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in North Las Vegas to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The role offers $22.00/hour with a 7:00AM–3:30PM, Monday–Friday schedule. You will oversee parts and battery/tire inventories, update PartsNet, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with service and warranty teams to ensure timely work and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch to support timely service.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate parts ordering with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and update parts records; conduct frequent cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory to meet quantity and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and manage returns with warranty team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Oversee vendor support and ensure correct payments processing.
• Perform process analyses to improve inventory, profitability, and RO reviews.
• Use ServiceNet/AS400 to analyze operations and drive improvements.
• Support branch financial manager with performance and profitability insights.
• Handle projects and tasks assigned by Branch and District Financial Managers.
