Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and control to support timely service.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by ordering parts per sourcing procedures.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tires inventory with organized stock.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty dept.
• Partner with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Support vendor relations and ensure payments are processed accurately.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operations and drive improvements.
• Assist Branch/ District Financial Managers with reporting and profitability.
