Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch for timely service support.
• Manage ordering and receiving parts; coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; perform frequent inventory cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and tires; ensure availability.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department.
• Support branch financial manager and assist with profitability.
• Assist with scheduling repairs as parts become available.
• Vendor support and payments processing accountability.
