• Coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering to ensure on-time deliveries and defect-free purchases
• Receive and store parts with accurate PartsNet updates and conduct cycle counts
• Manage new and used battery inventory and ensure tires are stocked as needed
• Ensure warranty items are shipped timely and follow up with returns
• Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs when parts are available
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly
• Perform process analyses using systems like ServiceNet or AS400 to improve profitability
