Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support boutique inventory and stockroom operations while protecting merchandise and company assets. You will help maintain organized stock areas, support receiving, and uphold store standards and productivity.

In this role you will participate in inventory and cycle counts, assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and price changes. You will wrap customer merchandise when needed and contribute to meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle merchandise and complete accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and price changes.
• Pack or wrap customer merchandise as needed.
